ARTGENT is a survey conducted over a few days during “My Favorite Things”, a space for publication opened by Laura Morsch-Kihn as part of the FILAF (International Festival of Art Books and Film) in Perpignan in June 2019.
Taking advantage of the concentration of a large number of actors in the “art world” over a given period, Olivier Bertrand questioned festival guests about their relationship to money and tactics and strategies they invent to make their practice viable or profitable.

ARTGENT est le compte-rendu d’une enquête menée sur quelques jours lors de “My Favorite Things”, une unité de publications improvisées proposée par la curatrice Laura Morsch-Kihn dans le cadre du Festival International du Livre d’Art et du Film à Perpignan en juin 2019.
Profitant de la concentration d’un grand nombre d’acteurs du « milieu de l’art » sur un temps donné, Olivier Bertrand interrogea les invités du festival à propos de leur rapport à l'argent et aux tactiques et stratégies qu’ils inventent pour rendre viables ou rentables leurs pratiques respectives.
